Welcome to the Teen-Room,
Let me introduce myself. My name is Michele Nailah. I am not going to bore you to death about the work I do, how many degrees I have, or what I like to do for fun, etc.
Because it really doesn’t matter to you.
And why should it?
What I really want you to know is that I went through some unhappy times as a child. If you didn’t, that’s great! If you did, you will understand what I’m talking about.

Thank you for giving me permission to help you on your path of self-love. It’s very, very important to love yourself first before loving someone else. We live in a world where it’s very important to look a certain way to be accepted by family, society, and friends.
Hello Young Men,
I want to start off by saying, “Forgive Me.” Forgive me for believing that only young girls of all ages are very self-conscious about their image. As I was doing research on young girls who struggled with their looks, I found out that boys of all ages were going through the same thing, too. I began reading more about their stories.
